Instructor Agreements

By creating instructor accounts, using and accessing services on the website, instructors agree with Instructor Agreements, Terms of Service and Private Policy of the website and services. Any person who is at 18 years old and older may create an instructor account, use and access services on the website. Instructors, who create courses, agree to contract with Agleamlight, LLC to publish courses on the website.

1) Responsibilities:

+ Instructors, who create courses, would be responsible for all contents, aspects and knowledge of published courses according to applicable laws.

+ Instructors own, have rights to use or have permissions to publish contents.

+ Instructors authorize Agleamlight, LLC to publish courses on the website.

+ Instructors would have up to date account information accurately and legally on the website.

+ There are some prohibited contents, and not limited to, on the website: sexuality, violence, weapons, personal relationships, harassment, abuse, discriminations, misleading / inappropriate information and inappropriate languages…

+ Instructors would not join or start activities whose results, consequences and/or progresses would be related to Agleamlight, LLC without authorizations.

2) Instructors allow Agleamlight, LLC to:

+ Offer instructors’ courses to learners on the website with subscription plans which are also created by instructors. Instructors agree to grant Agleamlight, LLC global, royalty free, non exclusive and no cost licenses to publish, use, commercialize, marketing and share… instructors' courses and content infinitely using any method according to applicable laws. Also, instructors confirm that instructors own the content before posting the content on the website.

+ Share information of courses to third parties like marketing service providers, business partners and legal providers… to grow the website and services.

+ Offer certificates and lifetime access to instructors’ courses after learners complete the course. In cases, instructors would like to remove some courses which have been completed by learners before, these learners still have certificates and lifetime access to the requested course.   

3) Subscription plans:

+ Instructors could create courses, price (in progress) and the amount of learning time being added to subscription plans.

+ Instructors may also create free courses on the website.

4) Promotions and abilities to gift courses:

+ There are abilities to gift courses.

+ Instructors may create coupons associated with courses which may be counted to the after tax and fee earnings (net amount) of instructors. Please have considerations carefully and contact us at admin@agleamlights.academy before creating and applying coupons.

+ Instructors may cooperate with us to create coupons sharing coupons’ values, which would be applied to gross amounts instead of net amounts, when there are agreements.

5) Payments:

+ We would apply the revenue share method in which instructors would have 65% of the revenues (net amount) after all taxes, fees and learner refunds based on original prices (gross amount) of subscription plans.

+If we change rates of revenue share method, we would apply 30 days notices using emails, website alerts and other reasonable announcement methods. 

+ Next week after 15 days free trials, or one week after we receive valid learners’ payments, we would initiate payments to instructors’ bank accounts, which are provided by instructors in account profiles.

+ As instructors contract with Agleamlight, LLC, instructors would account for all expenses to create courses, taxes and legal responsibilities. Instructors would be also accounted for personal taxes and benefits…

+ If learners would like to have refunds after 15 days free trials, we would contact instructors about situations to have solutions. 

6) We reserve rights to refuse services anytime.
