Terms of Service

Agleamlight, LLC grants users non transferable, non exclusive and non shareable licenses to access free or subscription required courses on the website of Https://agleamlights.academy , whose purposes are about learning, personal uses and more according to applicable laws. Courses are provided “as is” to users according to instructors. Users also may not edit courses without authorizations.  

Https://agleamlights.academy is provided to users at the age of 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information of users who are younger than 18 years old, if we recognize that young users have registered accounts with the platform, we would delete all of their information and accounts immediately. 

1) Users:

+ Using and / or learning at your own risks. We would not guarantee results after completing courses. We also disclaim all the liability, reliability, responsibility, security, suitability, legality, conditions and accuracy… of before, during and/or after taking courses.

+ Please use Https://agleamlights.academy in legal ways. You are accounted for your information, content and activities on the platform according to applicable laws.

+ We would not edit courses and determine whether courses’ contents are legal.

+ You should not share personal information with others on the platform because of safety. The platform has an internal messaging system, and only learners may start conversations with instructors, and instructors may only communicate with learners after learners start the conversation. Also, we do not monitor and access conversations in the messaging system.

+ There are no employment relationships between instructors and the company. Instructors would be accounted for all aspects of courses. 

+ When you take courses and use services on the platform, there maybe some links and knowledge connecting to third party websites, products and services. Since third party websites, products and services are separate businesses, you should learn about their terms of service, private policies and more before you visit and use their products and services. We also disclaim, and not limited to, all responsibilities and liabilities to links and knowledge connecting to third party websites, products and services.

+ To help us to advance learning experiences, you may send us suggestions, feedback and comments; we then would be able to freely use these suggestions, feedback and comments at no obligations to authors. 

2) Payment:

+ You agree to pay to subscribe courses, if required, and we have your authorizations to charge your credit / debit cards or other payment methods to complete the enrollment. We work with trusted payment service providers to assure that transactions are secured.  

+ You agree to use only valid payment methods. If the transaction fails, you may still take courses, and we would contact you to have solutions.

3) Activities and Content:

+ Activities and content on the platform should be legal.

+ If there are suspicious activities, illegal content, trademark and copyright infringements and privacy violations on the platform, please let us know at admin@agleamlights.academy .

+ To the maximum allowed by laws, there are some contents on the platform which may not to be your likings, and we also would like to advance learning experiences. Please let us know your ideas at admin@agleamlights.academy . 

+ There are some prohibited contents, and not limited to: sexuality, violence, weapons, personal relationships, harassment, abuse, discriminations, misleading / inappropriate information and inappropriate languages… Users shall not add prohibited contents to the platform.

+ We reserve the right to refuse services anytime, which may include removing any account, content and information on the platform according to applicable laws…

+ When you post content on the platform, you agree to grant us global, royalty free, non exclusive and no cost licenses to publish, use, commercialize, marketing and share… your content infinitely using any method according to applicable laws. Also, you confirm that you own the content before posting the content on the platform.

4) Brand name:

+ Our platform and services are protected by trademark laws, copyrights and other applicable laws. You may not use our logos, domain names and trademarks… without authorizations.  

5) Subscription Courses:

+ We offer a 15 days free trial to every course.

+ Subscription plans are non refundable.

+ Instructors, who create courses, would choose prices and the amount of learning time being included in subscription plans (in progress), which maybe changed anytime.

+ Learners have non exclusive, non transferable and non shareable licenses to complete subscribed courses.

+ After completing subscribed courses, learners would have certificates and lifetime access to courses.

+ Your subscription plans would be automatically renewed until you complete courses. You may also cancel subscription plans anytime, and you may still access courses until expiration dates. 

+ If you complete courses within 15 days trials, you would have to pay one “first time payment” of subscription plans to have courses’ certificates and lifetime access. 

6) Agreements:

+ By registering, using and / or accessing our services, you agree to our terms of service and private policy. If you don't agree with our terms of service and private policy, please do not create accounts, access and / or use our services.

+ We reserve the right to change terms of service and private policy anytime. Any change of terms of service and private policy would be affected immediately after noticing through emails, website’s alerts and other reasonable methods. 

+ We reserve the right to refuse services anytime without reasons, responsibilities and liabilities.

+ If any part of terms of service and private policy are invalid according to applicable laws, other valid provisions and the remainder of the term of service and private policy would continue to affect.

7) Disclaimers:

+ Please use the platform and services at your own risks because we may not guarantee that our platform and services are risk free. There are always potentially unauthorized accesses in the internet as well as how reliable and secure the internet infrastructures are.​

+ To the maximum allowed by laws, Agleamlight, LLC would not be responsible, and not limit to, for any kind of loss (indirect or direct), loss of revenues or profits, loss of incomes, loss of data, loss of times, loss of health or loss of lives because of using the company’s platform and services.

+ You agree that any related issue should be mentioned within one year in writing when the issue happens, or the time to solve the issue is expired.

8) Indemnification:

+ You agree, and not limited to, to secure, compensate and hold harmless to the company, company’s employees and anyone relating to the company from all liabilities, claims, damages, legality and responsibilities… according to applicable laws which may include your violation of terms of service and private policy, violation of laws and violation of intellectual property laws…

9) Arbitrary agreements:

+ All disputes shall be solved in Pennsylvania.

+ When disputes occur, we would happily solve issues. Many issues maybe solved easily, so please let us know about the issue at admin@agleamlights.academy , before turning to legal cases. In the email, please include your full name, email address, contact information associated with your accounts on our platform and services, reasons and effects of issues and proposals to solve issues successfully.

+ By using the platform and services, when there are issues: 

You agree to help us to solve issues in good faith in informal progress. If the issue still exists after the informal progress, we may address the issue through individual arbitrations and waive the right to Jury Trials and other courts according to applicable laws.   

You agree that claims would be an individual capacity only, and not as a class member or plaintiff in any class or representative in courts or in arbitrations.
